Your tenant pays from a private link using your payment credentials. The rent remains separate from the condominium's charges, bank movements and accounting. A WhatsApp reminder is sent only when the corresponding Meta template is approved. Card payments use your private payment gateway.

Short-term rentals
Turn on short-stay mode for your unit and register guests with their dates. Gate access is authorized automatically for the stay and only for the stay. Your own access, and your family's, is never affected, and the condo dues stay charged to you.
What we don't do
We don't mix rent with condominium funds. We don't set your condominium's rules: your assembly does. And we don't provide tax or legal advice for non-resident owners in Costa Rica; talk to your accountant about your withholding and reporting obligations.
